Tess Wheldon is an expert in political strategy and public policy, with almost a decade in Westminster including former roles as a ministerial advisor and a parliamentary researcher. She holds a breadth of experience piloting policy goals into legislation, and has advised think-tanks, ministers, and interest groups on a range of complex issues from 5G security to agricultural policy and localised devolution. Having grown up in and previously managed her family sheep farm, as well being a proud member of Team GB Equestrian, Tess holds a love for all things rural.

Joseph Robertson is an experienced political, media & digital strategist, with an extensive background in marketing and communication. His career over the last decade has focused on work with influential political, commercial & media organizations. His experience spans from creating policy, to advising on elections and viral campaigns across the UK, EU, and US. Before joining Touchpoint he directed a Westminster-linked think-tank & worked as a journalist covering current affairs.

Charlie Downes is a political consultant, writer, and broadcaster. He regularly delivers political commentary and analysis on national outlets including LBC, GB News, and TalkTV, and has been published in The Daily Mail and The European Conservative. His independent content has reached an international audience of millions. He uses his digital and media expertise to advise clients on digital strategy, narrative development, and media skills.

David Moore

David Moore is a public affairs and strategy consultant. David has worked in public relations and communications in the built environment, before working for three MPs in Parliament including two ministers. David sits as a Buckinghamshire Unitary Councillor after a by-election victory in February 2024. David also is an occasional contributor to GB News and host of the current affairs podcast The Sound Perspective with David Moore.

A veteran of financial markets, principally fixed income, but including a broad understanding of all asset classes and the 2008 financial crisis when he was at the coal face. Politically curious since the debate over the Maastricht Treaty, he has been increasingly involved with local and national politics and grassroots activism, drawing on a growing network of influential connections.

Beatrice Grant is a political strategist and consultant, specialising in electoral strategy. She has over 5 years experience campaigning for political candidates, and has been featured in national newspapers, including the Daily Mail and the Spectator, speaking about grassroots activism and organisation. Graduating from KCL with a First in Classics, Beatrice has previously worked for MPs in Parliament, gaining expertise in legislative affairs and political communications. Before joining Touchpoint, Beatrice worked for a prominent UK-based think-tank, for whom she produced original research and promotional material.
